图片
Final Random Inspection : is to check the product quality level according to AQL (Acceptable Qualtiy Limit), with an almost close standard definition: ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003 (Equivalent to ISO 2859-1 or MIL-STD-105E), when all the products are fully packed and ready for shipment. First we decide the sample plan:  how many pieces to draw randomly from the whole lot. for general inspections: there are level I, II, III, small size, normal size, larger size. Then, from the random samples, the inspector will check for visual defects : critical, major, minor defects. The defect rates should be within their each limits. for example, the critcal defects is not allowed. Critical defects are those that is against the laws, standards, or harm the user. Major defects : are those defects that might rendor the product useless. like broken, crack, missing parts. Minor issues: the products are still usable, but it doesn't look good. exmples of final inspections: Exercise equipment final inspection
